"No win, no fee" is a common phrase used to describe a type of contingency fee agreement in which an advocate will only charge a fee if they win the case. This type of arrangement is not commonly used in New Zealand for employment law cases. Instead, employment lawyers in New Zealand typically charge hourly rates for their services, or a fixed fee for a specific task. However, we are willing to agree to "no win, no fee" arrangement in handling your case.
